How do I refer friends and family?

It is very simple to refer friends and family. You will just need to send them a link to click, and they enter their email address to receive a 20 euro voucher code, and when they purchase your account automatically receives 2,000 TAPPs worth 20 euros in-store.

Or use the standard system below - whichever method you use your referral account is the same. The description below is great for seeing how the system works and what your friend/family member will see when they click your link.

It's an easy process that is all managed online so it is efficient.

You login to your TAPP Water Malta account
Access your TAPP rewards account for posting to Facebook, copying the link or sending a link by email
Your friend uses the link to get a 20 euro off voucher
You get 2,000 TAPPs worth 20 euros when your friend orders

Enter the one time use code that has been sent to your email address, no password to remember!

You arrive at the Accounts page - we will be adding more functionality here, but for now click the Store button as indicated to return to the home page, this time as a logged in customer.

Click the TAPP Rewards button again and you will see your Rewards account.

From here you can copy your personal link (although it's quite long!) ot you can use the functionality to post to Facebook (Great idea to post to your personal feed and let friends know they can save 20 euros on this link) and also you can email the link automatically to a friend or work colleague (The email you send to is not retained by the system, no automated or manual follow up is done by us).

This is what happens when your friends or family click the link you send:

If by any chance your friend uses a different code - you still get your 2,000 in store credit worth 20 euros.
